What you will be doing?Handling inbound calls, consisting of booking requests, cancellations, amendments, and customer enquiriesIdentifying sales opportunities in every call by understanding our customers' needsInfluencing and persuading customers to make reservations now, not think about it, and call back laterUpselling rooms and cross-selling extras, such as breakfast and Wi-Fi, to increase revenueWorking within talk-time targets to deliver minimum calls per hourConstantly improving product knowledge to deliver the highest quality of information to our customersDealing with general customer enquiries quickly and efficiently, always trying to spot sales opportunities!RequirementsWhat skills & experience you will bring to us?Be fluent in English (fluency in Spanish is a plus)Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal communication skillsPrevious call centre, customer service, or other customer-facing experience preferred but not essentialAbility to deal professionally with challenging calls and difficult situationsExcellent ability to listen and ask appropriate questions to ascertain customer needsSales experience would be a plus but not requiredHigh level of motivation with a drive to meet and exceed targetsA strong work ethic and team spiritEnthusiasm and a positive attitudeBasic computer skills and accurate data capture skillsBenefitsWhat do we offer?Start date: 1 of JulyContract: Temporary (3-month contract with 1-month of probation period)Full-time: (39 hours/week)Working days/Hours: Rotative schedule from Monday to Sunday between 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm (rotative weekends, two weekends off per month guaranteed)Salary: €17,537.76 gross / yearBonus: Weekly bonus up to €80 per week based on targetsHolidays: 2 days accrued per monthPaid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu:Extra pay for Sundays and night hours:Hybrid: Working from the office 3 times per month, for training and client meetings / the rest WFHTraining: 1 week from the office / Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pmOffice location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)Other BenefitsBest-in-class people engagement activities and programsOngoing training and development and an opportunity for you to cultivate a new and exciting career in a high-growth environmentEmployee Assistance Program: Free, confidential, and impartial guidance and supportEmployee Benefits Club: a wide range of exclusive perks and rewards as a valued member of our organisationOption to sign-up for Discounted Private Health InsuranceWho we are: CPM International has a global presence in over 30 countries.
