An opportunity for a Material Solution and IP Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).
RESPONSIBILITIES Defining and analyzing the spares and Material Solution for the In Service Support offers (mainly Eurodrone).
Research and analyze the spares solution and logistics data, and convert results into profitable contracts for Initial Provisioning, Customized Spares Logistics and Customized Lead-Time.
Generating SoWs for subcontracted activities related to Material Services, in accordance with customer requirements.
Technical support for suppliers selection.
Modelling and optimizing spares provisioning list (RSPL).
Developing, through the technical knowledge of the A/C configuration systems, the necessary capabilities to create customized spare parts lists, according to the Customers' and ADS's requirements.
Calculating Material Support cost.
Representing ADS in front of the Customer, at Initial Provisioning Conference.
Act as Focal point for offers, consolidating Material Services cost base and generating Bidding Dossiers.
Alignment of all Material Services aspects with reference to its Material Services performance and functions within Airbus, within the Partner Companies, Suppliers and Nations.
Generate and continuously optimize/improve integrated, complete and accurate data and assumptions to be used for Spares Modelling.
Develop proposals for improvement of customers' processes and supply chain.
