Your mission Innovative advisory services for our clients in all stages of the real estate life cycle.
Management and execution of TDD (technical due diligence and monitoring) of single buildings or portfolio transactions in real estate.
Technical support of the buyer or vendor side during the transaction process, including management of our international client contacts.
Preparation, consolidation and improvement of customized reports in both German and English.
Representation of international clients in Iberia.
Participation in negotiations as a representative of the company or our clients.
Support of our project, asset and cost management services depending on qualifications.
Your experiences A degree in the fields of civil engineering, MEP engineering, architecture, real estate management or comparable education.
First relevant professional experiences are of advantage.
Sound knowledge in the field of TDD of properties.
Communicative and persuasive personality.
High level of self-motivation, autonomy and willingness to travel.
Very good knowledge of Spanish and English.
Knowledge of the German language would be an advantage but not mandatory.
