This opportunity is located at the Sandoz site in Madrid.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure timely and accurate input to payroll as well as efficient exchange of information with payroll vendors, if applicable, to provide the best possible service.
Ensure maintenance of all relevant data is correct and complete.
Ensure compliance in line with relevant legislation, Data Privacy, Protection guidelines and other relevant guidelines.
Close collaboration with local P&O teams.
Support internal and P&O controls.
Act as subject matter expert for personnel administration and payroll related data and processes.
Extract reports needed for payroll and other reports upon request in certain cases.
Contribute to projects in scope for P&O Services Team if applicable.
Manage activities as back up for colleagues in the team whenever needed.
Identify and gather system enhancements and change requests to report and coordinate with Superuser.
What you'll bring to the role:
Relevant professional education in business management or studies (Bachelor/Master degree in HR/Accounting/ Business or related field is preferred).
Fluent in Spanish and English.
5 years of working experience in P&O Operations environment is needed. Work experience in international environment/team/global company is preferred.
+3 years professional experience with P&O administration, Hire to Retire processes.
HRIS system (SAP or Workday) knowledge and experience preferred.
Experience in other P&O disciplines (e.g., Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, P&O Business Partner, Learning, etc.) is valued.
Ability to work effectively across all levels and layers of the organization and be comfortable working in a complex and rapidly changing work environment.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sound judgement, in addition to high level attention to detail, analyzing information, thoroughness, general math and reporting skills is a must.
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.
