About the role - Resource (budget and headcounts) monitoring.
- Cloud usage tracking and optimization.
- Act as SPOC with the support functions (HR, Finance, Audit).
- Provide PMO to improvement programmes (productivity, security, audit, etc.
).
- Run benchmarks across central and local IT functions (e.g., IT TCO Benchmark).
- Define with the Data Domain leadership performance & development objectives.
- Track objectives achievements and strategy OKRs.
In his activities, the Operational Excellence Manager will interact with all the areas of the Digital & IT Analytics team, HR, Finance, VCI/PCS, Security, Audit, and local IT departments at senior leadership level.
What do you bring? - Financial qualification or equivalent work experience.
- Technical PMO/PM certification (SAFe, PMI, Prince) or equivalent work experience.
- Google Cloud certification or equivalent work experience, especially in cost control.
- Experience in engaging and partnering with senior leaders, heads of functions, and vendors up to the level of E bands.
- Ability to provide clarity and purpose to bring people (who are not direct line reports) on the journey to meet targets.
- Lean and problem-solving approach.
- 5+ years' experience working in multi-project and multi-programme environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to create industrial scale, cost-effective, and audit-compliant processes and templates.
