Date: 30 Oct 2024Location: SC00 - HEADQUARTERS - BARCELON, ES, ES - SpainCompany: AlmirallMissionReporting to the Associate Director External Communications, this role will be at the heart of the corporate communications function and play an important role for the company overall – supporting the organisation in achieving its ambition to become recognised as a leader in medical dermatology. The key responsibility of this role is the successful execution of the external communications strategy and plan, in alignment with the company ambition, long term strategy, and business priorities.Key deliverables include creating, planning, and implementing successful communication activities across different channels, targeting key audiences (patients, HCPs, media, investors, authorities). In addition, supporting the company's business functions with building Comms plans, and integrating content, campaigns and milestone assets into an overarching set of Comms activities. The Candidate will have the opportunity and accountability to deliver highly targeted communication assets and content – building on existing assets and channels and developing new approaches, including insight creation, measurement, and channel and content optimization.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesPlanning and execution of external comms work, from the overarching company perspective, to science and pipeline, and brand comms (in close collaboration with Marketing, the Omnichannel team, R&D, and Medical Affairs).Create and develop high quality content and assets for external use based on audience and channel insights (including campaign content, Q&A documents, press materials, Comms packs, leader briefings, key messages, videos and other digital assets).Work in close partnership with the channel comms leads to monitor and track impact and success of communications tactics via a variety of metrics including media monitoring, digital channels, media coverage, etc. and continually adjust and improve based on measured insights.Regular reporting of external Comms activities and impact through appropriate analytics.Delivering in a dynamic, high-pace environment, which means to swiftly react to external and internal changes and adjusting the communication approaches accordingly.Closely collaborate with internal Comms team to ensure good integration between the Comms work for internal and external target audiences. Creating and maintaining a calendar of proactive and reactive internal Comms with a key focus on significant company milestones, pipeline news, and innovation stories.Collaborate with agency partners (and other third party suppliers) to deliver Comms campaigns and assets.Support in-market Comms leads in key affiliates to ensure appropriate creation and execution of local Comms activities, corporate credibility building, and product launch support.EducationAcademic degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a Scientific related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
