We are seeking a Systems Engineer Cloud to manage, support, and expand our cloud service portfolio.
This role includes configuring cloud environments, handling customer support and consultation, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service functionality.
You will work on innovative cloud projects, contributing to the optimization and integration of solutions that support diverse clients.
This position is fully remote within Germany, with occasional travel required.
Key Responsibilities Administer, support, and implement our cloud portfolio (e.g., Cloud PURE, Zoom, Five9, ThinkOwl).
Configure Freeswitch, FusionPBX, databases, and other necessary components.
Ensure seamless operation and ongoing enhancement of our cloud solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients for cloud service integration.
Work with internal teams to optimize and roll out new functionalities.
Plan and execute implementations within the SBC landscape.
Install, configure, and administer virtualized environments such as VMware, Windows, and Linux.
Handle technical incidents, changes, and projects in SIP and Session Border Controller environments.
Essential Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in telephony and cloud environments.
Knowledge of SIP, SBC, proxy configurations, Linux, and databases.
Familiarity with MS Office tools, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Technical support or service desk experience with ticketing systems is advantageous.
Customer-focused with strong service orientation.
Proficiency in both spoken and written German (C1) and English.
Driver's license (Class B).
Willingness to participate in on-call support.
