Job Overview:
This is a full-time remote position.
Compensation is $90K to $130K base (based on experience) plus commission and benefits.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Hunter Sales Executive with a strong background in working with medical practice owners.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with veterinary practice owners and other key industry stakeholders.
Your primary objective will be to drive new business by promoting our sell-side advisory services, facilitating sales of practices, and ensuring that practice owners are supported throughout their buying or selling journey.
This role involves attending and speaking at industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote the company, networking with prospective clients, and fostering long-term partnerships.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing and deal execution teams to ensure client needs are met and that all interactions support the company's growth goals.
Job Responsibilities: Identify, develop and implement sales strategies to engage veterinary practice owners looking to buy or sell practices.Proactively find leads and present our sell-side advisory services to potential clients, offering solutions to meet their specific needs and goals.Build and maintain a sales pipeline/client database by networking, strategic outreach, and establishing strong relationships with veterinary practice owners and partners.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing and deal execution) to align sales strategies with overall business goals and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
