We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking senior leader to own and lead the Seller Quality function, across Account Quality, Brand Quality, Product Quality, and Seller Experience verticals. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to drive sustainable, high-quality selling partner growth, reporting directly to the Head of Seller Quality & Compliance under the AGS PMO organization. As a seasoned manager with a reputation for hiring and developing top talent, you will leverage your expertise in international business, product and program management, and e-commerce to deliver impactful results, paving the way for a seamless and frictionless journey for our Selling Partners.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesManage and develop a cross-functional Seller Quality team, providing strategic coaching, identifying high-potential talent, and demonstrating sound judgment in performance management.Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement across team performance, identify new opportunities, and make informed decisions.Foster relationships with local and global stakeholders, contributing to strategic planning and reviews across the organization.Collaborate globally to influence policy framework designs, advocate for fairness and exceptional selling partner experience standards.Provide insights on risk detection and management, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance and gating capabilities.Develop and implement educational programs and coaching to support selling partners in adhering to policies, enabling remediation and consistent escalation, enforcement, and appeals experiences.Validate launch plans for critical policies and initiatives, identify risks, and partner on de-risking implementations.Exhibit strong leadership presence and command during meetings, effectively communicating with executives up to VP levels globally.Develop and execute the overall strategy and operations for driving sustainable, high-quality selling partner growth across multiple markets.Minimum Qualifications10+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or account management fields, with a proven track record of driving results.Exceptional analytical and planning abilities, with a data-driven and analytical mindset to design and oversee programmatic business development efforts, back up ideas with facts, and assess performance drivers.Successful track record of initiating and implementing cross-functional projects.
