Description: The Help Desk Operator we are looking for will join an existing NOC (Network Operation Center) team responsible for ensuring the proper execution of an incident management process for a big telco firm in the Iberian market.
For this 24/7 position, you need to combine both technical and communicative skills.
You will be considered an extension of a remote operational team located in Europe as part of the division based in Málaga.
Job Responsibilities:Triage of technical incidences to trigger their resolution.Out-of-the-Box thinking is necessary to improve resolution processes.Able to adapt to the team needs.
The project is ongoing in several countries and your help might be needed to support (occasionally) them.Remotely coordinate with the operational team to proactively solve all issues.Daily customer communication.Understanding of the Incident Management process.Rotating shifts to cover a 24/7 service.Location:Málaga (Spain)
Key Qualifications:Telecommunication knowledge is valuable but not mandatory.
Training will be provided.Responsibility and professionalism.
Willingness to learn.High level of Portuguese, Spanish, and English are required.High communication skills.
