Role Overview
As a Technical Support agent, you will handle tech queries over email and chat and strive for first-contact resolution.

What you will be doing? Understand and respond to client's requests (by email and chat)Analyse the client's situation to reply to them quickly and efficientlyIdentify technical incidents, apprehend them, and provide an appropriate solutionOffer adequate solutions with a positive approachOrganise product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairsRequirements

What do we offer?
Start date: 9th of September
Contract: Temporary (6-month contract with 1-month probation period)
Full-time: 39 hours/week
Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm
Salary: €21,000
