You will undertake a diverse and varied in-house role, working for a market-leading financial technology company.Responsibilities: Negotiating, drafting, and advising on commercial agreements for a technology company, including customer agreements (SaaS, license, CapEx, maintenance, and managed services agreements) and vendor agreements (in-bound license agreements).
Supporting sales, procurement, product management, operations, and finance teams regarding commercial agreements.
Providing guidance on commercial legal issues and risk mitigation in support of the business teams.
Managing a wide range of other in-house responsibilities with support from expert external counsel.
Supporting company secretarial functions.
Negotiating, drafting, and advising on a wide range of other agreements, including distributor agreements, intercompany agreements, and leases.
Essential Skills and Experience: 5+ Years Post Qualified Experience.
European or US Qualified Lawyer.
Fluency in English.
Experience with commercial technology contracts.
Experience with financial technology would be beneficial.
