What will you do:
- Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific Chemical product lines and services by answering customer technical inquiries received via telephone, email, or web chat.
- Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in Customer Relationship Management system.
- Participate in frequent trainings on products and continue education on new applications and technologies.
- Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ, and technical information.
- Participate in additional special team or individual projects.
Education and competencies required:
- A Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a similar field.
- 1-5 years laboratory experience.
- Effective communication, both written and oral.
- Customer centric attitude.
- Proficient in Italian and English.
