We are currently looking for a self-motivated SEM Growth Strategist who has strong analytical skills to join a dynamic team.
Our partner: a fast-growing tech startup that helps hotels increase their website revenue by personalizing and improving the booking experience on their websites. They're present in more than 30 countries worldwide, helping hundreds of hotels improve their online performance.
The Mission: As a SEM Growth Strategist, you will be an active part of the Marketing team, focused on developing strategies to help optimize one of our projects' visibility and increase the accessibility of websites and apps.
The Role: Lead a team of campaign managersBe responsible for the overall customer support provided by the teamOrganise and train the teamCommunicate with VIP customers via phone, email, and video calls to provide support and build long-lasting relationshipsResponsible for the overall performance of the portfolio's accountsOptimize existing accounts and implement SEM best practices across the portfolioSet up regular reporting and strategy calls with customersProficient in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking pixels on Google Ads and FacebookManage the relationship with the bidding platformsProficient in advanced bidding techniquesDeliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement, applying companies' customer service guidelines and best practicesAct as the lead point of contact in regards to paid mediaActively identify customer challenges and suggest solutionsWhat we expect from you: Proficient in English (Secondary language a big plus: French and/or Spanish)Self-motivated and comfortable working independentlyTechy profile with a good understanding of ecommerce technical concepts: tracking solutions, Google Tag Manager, and website scriptsExceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience in hospitality is a BIG plusExperience running Google Ads and Facebook Campaigns is a MUSTBenefits: Remote work, but we would like you to live in Barcelona to meet from time to timeYoung, dynamic, and multicultural teamOpportunities for growth in an international company and career plan within the companyAre you ready to be part of the challenge?
