We are currently looking for a self-motivated SEM Growth Strategist who has strong analytical skills to join a dynamic team.
Our partner: a fast-growing tech startup that helps hotels increase their website revenue by personalizing and improving the booking experience on their websites. They're present in more than 30 countries worldwide, helping hundreds of hotels improve their online performance.
The Mission: As a SEM Growth Strategist, you will be an active part of the Marketing team, focused on developing strategies to help optimize one of our projects' visibility and increase the accessibility of websites and apps.
The Role:
Lead a team of campaign managers
Be responsible for the overall customer support provided by the team
Organise and train the team
Communicate with VIP customers via phone, email, and video calls to provide support and build long-lasting relationships
Responsible for the overall performance of the portfolio's accounts
Optimize existing accounts and implement SEM best practices across the portfolio
Set up regular reporting and strategy calls with customers
Proficient in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking pixels on Google Ads and Facebook
Manage the relationship with the bidding platforms
Proficient in advanced bidding techniques
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement, applying companies' customer service guidelines and best practices
Act as the lead point of contact in regards to paid media
Actively identify customer challenges and suggest solutions
What we expect from you:
Proficient in English (Secondary language a big plus: French and/or Spanish)
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Techy profile with a good understanding of ecommerce technical concepts: tracking solutions, Google Tag Manager, and website scripts
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in hospitality is a BIG plus
Experience running Google Ads and Facebook Campaigns is a MUST
