We are looking to hire an HR Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain.
Reporting to the HR Director, this person will be responsible for providing cross-functional support to the HR department and acting as a facilitator in personnel management matters across all business lines. As an HR Manager, this position will play a critical role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment through effective employee relations strategies and practices. Their responsibilities will include fostering a committed culture, maintaining and creating a happy work environment, managing conflicts, and internal communication. They will also collaborate in the management of the labor and administrative aspects of the HR department.
This person will:
Be the HR Business Partner for managers and employeesManage the Recruitment team, helping to build strategies to improve on efficiencyBuild processes and procedures for the Training, Talent & Development and Selection & Recruitment teams, keeping the team accountable for their workEnsure a successful onboarding experience for all the employeesBe an ambassador of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance and accuracy of data inputManage and analyse data and numbers to be used for the annual budget, budgeting and forecasting and to build strategic plansSupport managers in solving issues and finding solutions to potential road-blocksKeep retention rates and employees satisfaction highManage relationships with Workers' Representative CommitteeCollaborate with the legal counsel as necessary to address complex employee relations issues and mitigate legal risks, while staying up to date with employment laws and regulations Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
Bachelor's Degree in law, psychology, business administration or similar8+ years of experience in HR4+ years of experience in HR Team Management and employee relationsBilingual skills in Spanish and EnglishKnowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices Nice to have: Previous experience in a multinational environmentStrong communication and influencing skillsAnalytical approach to dataProblem-solving and conflict resolutions skills
