About the Opportunity:
DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a Business Analyst .
Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with Project Manager and Business stakeholders to understand Business drivers and scope of the projects.
Support and facilitate workshops across various functions in Business and Technology to elicit business requirements and re-define processes.
Write detailed user stories and use cases aligned with an Agile / sprint-based development methodology.
Documenting "as-is" and "to-be" business processes.
Obtain formal sign-off of business requirements from all key stakeholders and ensure traceability throughout the development cycle as requirements evolve.
Work actively and closely with software development teams to ensure user requirements are clearly understood and developed as specified in the documentation.
Perform estimation for analysis deliverables; ensuring timelines are realistic and achievable.
Support the PM in reporting to stakeholders including status against milestones, and transparency of risks/issues.
Provide solutions for system design, implementation, and improvements for function and workflows.
Engage with business stakeholders understanding their needs and effectively communicate how those will be designed and eventually implemented.
Support the PM in execution monitoring: Controlling that tasks and activities are executed in a timely manner with the expected quality, identifying and solving issues, and managing risk (e.g., escalating critical issues and risks).
Expectation management of project stakeholders, to ensure everyone understands project status, issues, risk, and how each participant can assist.
Qualifications: 5+ years full-time work experience as a BA in an agile environment.
Extensive experience across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Collaborative attitude and experience working remotely in multicultural teams across different countries.
Flexibility to adapt to different development methodologies and client culture.
Ability to effectively interface with other leaders, especially the Directors in the Technology area.
Very good written and oral communication skills, high adaptability, and eager to learn.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Responsible, positive and proactive attitude.
Nice to have: Previous experience on E-commerce projects.
Coding Skills.
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking.
Able to receive and provide feedback (both technical and people-focused) effectively and in a constructive and emphatic manner.
