Position Overview The Workflow Specialist analyses the workflow of Laboratories and creates a reasonable vision for automation & IT for the customer and influences tender specifications.
You will be responsible for: The analysis of existing Laboratory workflows to detect improvement areas.
Preparing a new lab workflow with BEC portfolio and IT tools.
Communicating complex WIT concepts, including laboratory workflow, in a proper way to customers acting as workflow consultant for TLA (Total Lab Automation) customers.
Developing new business opportunities and long-term accounts.
Completing Project Definition once the final technical solution has been decided.
Coordination and ownership of the Total Lab Automation Tenders technical response.
Required Skills We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: Degree (prefer technical, biomedical, IT).
Previous experience and demonstrated success selling and positioning WIT solutions or selling into laboratory/hospital environment.
Knowledge of fundamentals of Lab Automation and IT Technology.
Strong knowledge of the workflow analytics including cross-discipline simulations.
Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
Fluent in English and Spanish.
