FutureZ - Undergraduate Program

We are seeking last-year students of Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Sciences who are interested in developing their professional career in one of the world's leading insurance groups.

You are finishing your Bachelor's degree (or Master's degree) with a strong academic record.

You can prove a proficient English level (min C1).

You have proven experience programming (R or Python).

You are eager to learn and face business challenges.

You are self-motivated and proactive.

You are both an analytical thinker and a creative problem solver.

Future Z is the new Undergraduate program of Zurich Spain. We want to give you the opportunity to have a fast-track career.

We think development needs to be based on a 3-pillar strategy:

Training - learn about new topics.

Mentoring - learn from others with wider experience.

Learning by doing - practice and learn in your day-to-day working plan, with the opportunity of learning from different teams.
