We're headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.JOB DESCRIPTION:Based in Valencia, Palma, or remotely from another location, reporting to the Chief Product & Technology Officer and part of the TLT (Technology Leadership Team), the incoming Agile chapter lead will lead 3 key areas of responsibilities at the function and thought leadership level:Accountable for the transformation to agility within the product & tech function- Define and execute an organisational design fit for our now and our future based on our evolving needs with a focus on optimisation and adaption- Create a scaled agile framework for Hotelbeds starting with SAFE and adapting the methodology to work for Hotelbeds in an optimised model- Creating the practices, ways of working and transformational activities required for the teams to mature in their product & agile practices and capabilities- Direct oversight of the agile team including agile coaches and scrum masters- Coaching, nurturing and influencing senior leadership in the company for a successful operating model based on agile practicesAccountable for the transformation to business agility within the wider Hotelbeds organisation- Creating the practices, ways of working and transformational activities required for the teams to mature in their product & agile practices and capabilities- Direct oversight of the agile team including agile coaches and scrum masters- Coordinating and executing the educational programme needed company wide to bring the Hotelbeds agile way of working (adapted SAFE) to lifeDesign and implement adoption and health metrics that can be applied to the organisation as a whole- Identify the necessary markers for adoption and health- Focus on the design and constant adaption of an accurate and valuable quarterly planning event, focussing on group wide outcome- Design and implement a method to tie outcome and health naturally together within the Agile frameworkFurther to these three pillars the role is expected to play a key influencing factor in the TLT as a whole collaborating in the team to deliver excellence.They will develop a clear vision and lead from the front with their team creating value and support the organization through concrete initiatives. They will set the highest standards in terms of hiring, training, development, and retention.
