About the role You will: Be a part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
Coordinate larger Agile implementation projects or act as an independent leader of a project area.
Lead complex business analysis, define functional requirements, design solutions and mentor less experienced team members.
Act as a team leader, Product Owner, a Scrum Master or business architect as needed by the project.
Supervise analytical works across multiple teams on a project.
Build lasting relationships with the clients' key personnel and leadership.
Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
Lead your own area in the company, supported by an experienced supervisor.
Support B2B sales activities.
About the requirements You need: At least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environment.
At least 4 years of experience in Guidewire systems implementation.
Understanding of how insurance companies or banks work, having comprehensive, in-depth understanding of relevant processes and business models.
Experience in the functional design of IT solutions and running IT implementations.
To be creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems.
Ability to ensure quality of the deliverables of your team, by applying analytical thinking and synthesis skills.
Ability to demonstrate team management skills and take responsibility for team results.
Ability to work in Spain and the European Union on a full-time basis.
At least a bachelor's degree.
Great command of English and Spanish language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers.
