You will:Be a part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companiesCoordinate larger, Agile implementation projects or act as an independent leader of a project areaLead complex business analysis, define functional requirements, design solutions and mentor less experienced team membersAct as a team leader, Product Owner, a Scrum Master or business architect as needed by the projectSupervise analytical works across multiple teams on a projectBuild lasting relationships with the clients' key personnel and leadershipWork closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basisLead your own area in the company, supported by an experienced supervisorSupport B2B sales activitiesAbout the requirements. You need:At least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environmentAt least 4 years of experience in Guidewire systems implementationUnderstanding of how insurance companies or banks work, having comprehensive, in-depth understanding of relevant processes and business modelsExperience in the functional design of IT solutions and running IT implementationsTo be creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problemsAbility to ensure quality of the deliverables of your team, by applying analytical thinking and synthesis skillsAbility to demonstrate team management skills and take responsibility for team resultsAbility to work in Spain and the European Union on a full-time basisAt least a bachelor's degreeGreat command of English and Spanish language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakersAbout the wishes
