Your place is here!We are expanding our teams in the Defence sector where you will be involved in an important European hypersonic threat defence program, leading edge in its field in R&D, where GMV will lead the navigation system and participate in its guidance.WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?In our team you will carry out the development and implementation of advanced navigation, guidance and control algorithms in the military and defence domain, within the framework of a major European programme, where you will research technologies for application to a hypersonic and other high-performance airborne threat interceptor.Among the main functions, you will perform analysis of existing and state-of-the-art algorithms, develop and implement new algorithms, as well as their coding.WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?For this position, we are looking for aeronautical engineers or engineers from related fields, with a passion and interest for algorithms and the defence sector, as well as a high level of applied mathematics, classical mechanics and MATLAB/Simulink and C++.Knowledge of navigation (Kalman filter, hybridisation, GNSS error modelling...), knowledge of guidance and control (classical, modern...) or Python programming will also be a nice to have.WHAT DO WE OFFER?Hybrid working model and 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area.Flexible start and finish times, and intensive working hours Fridays and in summer.Personalized career plan development, training and language learning support.National and international mobility.
