What you will do: Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possibleCoordinates the pick-up luggage from room upon departure, moving luggage to storage or front unitMaintains proper records of deliveries and pickupsResolves customer complaints, assists customers with all queries related to hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, internal events, directions, etc. What you bring: Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this positionMinimum experience of two (2) years in the reception area or guest relations.Two (2) + years' experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an assetAbility to work with all hotel systems and maintain a high attention to detail.Understand and ability to deliver high quality, luxury service standards
