About the role of Guest Services Coordinator
Coordinate and assign the arrivals and departures to all Bell Desk Attendants and when is necessary deliver luggage and pick up from guest rooms, transports guest and hotel packages and parcels.
What you will do:
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
Coordinates the pick-up luggage from room upon departure, moving luggage to storage or front unit
Maintains proper records of deliveries and pickups
Resolves customer complaints, assists customers with all queries related to hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, internal events, directions, etc.
What you bring:
Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position
Minimum experience of two (2) years in the reception area or guest relations.
Two (2) + years' experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
Ability to work with all hotel systems and maintain a high attention to detail.
Understand and ability to deliver high quality, luxury service standards.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
