#BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping at our premier hotel in Gandhinagar, India!
We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygieneRespond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concernsRestock guest room amenities, linens, and supplies as neededInspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and safety hazardsCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesAssist in deep cleaning and special projects as assignedMaintain accurate records of cleaned rooms and inventoryAdhere to all safety and sanitation protocolsReport any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnelQualificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanorPhysical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shiftAbility to work efficiently and manage time effectivelyFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasksKnowledge of cleaning products and proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEffective communication skills in EnglishPrevious experience in housekeeping or hospitality (preferred)High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Basic computer skills for managing schedules and reportsUnderstanding of hospitality industry standardsAdditional InformationDiversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities.Our ambition is to provide meaningful employment, a warm and welcoming culture, excellent working conditions and to promote the development of all people, including those with disabilities.Do not hesitate to let us know of any specific needs you may have so that we can take them into consideration.#J-18808-Ljbffr
