Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:To anticipate and exceed our guest needs and handle all guest inquiries to fulfill every need of the holiday experience.Ensure to anticipate and fulfill the needs of every shift and prepare all necessary paperwork and stationeries.Liaise with sister properties and other domestic arrival destinations to coordinate and find information about the guest to anticipate their needs.Review the arrivals and departure report from Opera PMS and prepare for the arrivals and prepare the departure letters for guests scheduled to leave the next day.Conduct daily bucket checks and sort out billing errors related to guest packages and other enclosures.Update daily guest preferences and glitches as communicated from any concerned department.Coordinate and cooperate with all operational departments and support daily operational needs.Maintain a clean and tidy workplace at all times and uphold the best grooming standards to represent Avani+ Fares.Train and buddy-up with new team members as assigned by supervisors during your daily shifts.Be available for the arrivals and departure welcome and farewell team during the shift.Check and set up the Villa according to guest preferences and ensure communication with concerned departments.Assist guests with check-in and check-out where they may need service, either in-villa or at the reception lobby.After every check-in, ensure guest dietary requirements and preferences are communicated with the concerned operational teams.During the desk shift, handle all telephone calls and in-room dining food orders with utmost professionalism.QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years) in a five-star resort.Strong commercial/business acumen.Experience with Front Office Systems.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Effective time management skills.Optimistic approach to guide and counsel employees under pressure.Currently hold the role applying for.Qualifications matching the position applying for.Trackable references to support the role applied for.Additional InformationWe are Upbeat - We are Open-Minded - We are Genuine.
