Job Description: As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be trained and involved in the day-to-day operations of the Guest Relations department, attending to the needs of guests from booking to the end of their stay.
Job Responsibilities:Ensure guest satisfaction by taking care of them from booking to the end of their stay.Personalise services according to guests' needs and wishes, adapting different proposals and accommodating exceptions as far as possible.Provide guests with a luxurious service by showing a refined, intuitive, and attractive attitude.Ensure guests' privacy and security by protecting confidential information.Be proactive and open to cooperation with other departments when necessary.Show a respectful, attentive, and courteous attitude in dealing with guests, staff, and colleagues.Job Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in the Guest Relations department in a luxury hotel.English and Spanish C1.
Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.Degree in Hospitality.Extensive computer skills.
