Job Description
Reporting to the Guest Relations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Oversee and resolve all guest communication in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to all guests in a timely manner, ensuring follow-up with attention to detail.
Attend to the needs of guests and help them organize their accommodations while staying at the hotel.
Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and organization skills required.
Previous customer service experience required.
A high level of both Spanish and English, spoken and written, is essential.
Applicants are kindly requested to possess either EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain.
