The hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate and is currently undergoing restoration and renovation, scheduled to open in June 2024.Key Responsibilities:Create personalized experiences for guests by understanding their preferences and needs.Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction.Assist with reservations, special requests, and event planning to ensure memorable stays.Respond to guest inquiries and feedback, resolving issues promptly and effectively.Collaborate with various departments to deliver exceptional service and create unforgettable experiences.Our Ideal Guest Experience Agent candidate will have:Exceptional Communication Skills : Ability to interact clearly and courteously with guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and addressed.Guest-Centric Mindset : A strong passion for hospitality and delivering personalized, memorable experiences to guests.Problem-Solving Abilities : Quick to think on their feet and resolve guest issues or complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.Attention to Detail : A keen eye for details to anticipate guest needs, remember preferences, and provide tailored recommendations.Organizational Skills : Able to manage multiple guest requests, reservations, and service-related tasks effectively without sacrificing quality.Multitasking Ability : Can handle a variety of guest-related duties simultaneously, such as managing check-ins, booking reservations, or responding to inquiries.Professional Appearance and Demeanor : Presents themselves in a polished, professional manner, maintaining the brand image while engaging with guests
