The candidate will be required to handle customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service both by telephone and in person. The role involves coordinating with our service providers in Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards. Administration and creation of bookings with accuracy and professionalism are essential. Applicants must speak English and Spanish to a professional level. A car or motorcycle is required as you will be doing spot checks in the properties to maintain quality standards.
