SHG operates over 81 venues in 22 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world.We are looking for an HR Director to lead our Human resources team in METT Hotel & Beach Resort Marbella-Estepona (Spain).Main Responsibilities Verifies HR policies and procedures ensuring their conformity with the Spanish labour law and the company.Management of Employee Relations, contracts, and reports.Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, fostering a positive workplace culture.Furnishing the Payroll Office with all information necessary for the preparation of payroll and other calculations.Controlling staff time management and monitoring leave balances.Analyse and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.Lead recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.Administration of the Company's HR System, ensuring its smooth and accurate operation and updates.Implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems, assisting in identifying training and development needs.Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.Assist management in Occupational Health and Safety meetings and practices.Prepare HR reports and analytics for management, tracking HR metrics and KPIs to support decision-making.Qualifications Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.Minimum 5 years experience in a Senior role in HR.Experience in HR in luxury hotels.Good knowledge of the Spanish labour law.Fluent in Spanish and English.Experience working with international companies.Flexible person with availability to adapt.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Benefits Permanent contract.Competitive Salary.Discounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
