¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? Preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end closeout accounting reports, by establishing and enforcing generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Ensure the registry of the daily operations of the accounting department including: Month and end-year process Accounts payable/receivable Cash receipts General ledger Payroll and utilities Treasury Budgeting Cash forecasting Capital assets reconciliations Trust account statement reconciliations Check runs Reconciliations for the parent's intercompany entries Foreign currency accounting Manage the consolidation of all Branch locations for monthly financial closings and perform liaison role with local offices Preparation and submission of the documents for quarterly advanced VAT returns, withholding tax, as well as the annual tax declaration Good knowledge in intracommunity VAT is expected Manage external annual audit, tax audits and branch offices accounting reviews Work on international projects in cooperation with COO and external partners ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 8+ years of accounting experience Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and tax regulations (intracommunity VAT and withholding tax) Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software Excellent command in English Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization Structured, solution and result oriented working style, strong attention to details and confidentiality Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor in international environments Prior non-profit experience is preferred but not excluding
