Responsibilities:Accounting: Responsible for financial and accounting processes to ensure compliance with Corporate and local policies, statutory requirements, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and ethical standards with unyielding integrity.Auditing: Supports the Country Controller with independent auditors (external and internal); manages administration of accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory control accounting, payroll, and local tax payments; helps in allocation items in the Balance in coordination with the Local and GBS team.Tax: Responsible for all taxes; presenting them on time.
Payment and calculation of all local taxes; maintains all substantiation records for tax.Reporting: Preparation of the annual financial plan and forecasts.
Prepare financial statements in Local GAAP and US GAAP.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for the Committee.Balance Sheet and Assets Management: Responsible for balance review and reconciliations of all accounts.
Achieve effective balance sheet and assets management.Controls: Ensures all activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards, and the internal Quality Management System.Treasury: Handles bank administration, funds transfers, and foreign exchange dealings under the direction of Corporate Treasury and Country Controller.Quality: Drives compliance in all finance-related matters (CA&C; , SOX, Statutory, monthly Closing); participates in implementing Quality requirements in all aspects of the Finance Process.Qualifications:Experience with SAP S/4HANA is desirable.High experience in Accounting, as (Senior) Accounting Manager with extensive experience, preferably in a matrix structure in multinational companies.Big 4 audit company experience.Ability to work and coordinate with several departments.Good interpersonal skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken is a must).Knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, and Tableau are required and mandatory.Internal culture alignment: fostering a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.Business Acumen: applying an understanding of the business and industry standards and how own area integrates with others to achieve unit objectives; monitoring business trends and market developments in own field.Identifying and resolving functional, technical, operational, and organizational problems, providing procedures and solutions.Organizational skills: adapting plans and processes to meet business, operational, service, and/or project challenges; reprioritizing objectives, milestones, etc.
