Your main responsibilities: Manage cross-functional project teams and perform business analysis for critical, enterprise-level projects and initiatives. Act as the relationship manager between IT and the business units, facilitating communication and strategic alignment. Perform business process and technology analyses and recommend solutions that are in the best interest of the business and IT. Facilitate all aspects of project life cycle management. Skills will help you succeed: Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Telecommunications, Statistics, or similar. Insurance or industry experience. Fluency in English (at least B2). Soft Skills: Team worker: Ability to work with teams distributed geographically in different locations. Proactive, motivated, and willing to consolidate and develop a professional career. Analytical, logical, and critical thinking. Solid problem-solving skills: Ability to identify problems and suggest mitigating and contingency actions.
