Job Description Derive the plant strategy for our plant from higher level strategic targets, in order to ensure the expectations of the customer and the profit of the company.Actively drive change processes and guide the plant and its employees through times of change.Evaluate and define activities to achieve or improve the financial and operational business goals.Ensure high performance production and supply chain processes.Ensure quality of components, processes and products in order to fulfill internal and customer targets.Ensure balancing between short-term customer requirements and unplanned occurrences within the operations unit in order to obtain the optimal load and achieve the maximum customer satisfaction (on-time deliveries).Ensure manufacturability of products within the defined responsibilities on the basis of authorized budgets within the constraints of quality, quantity, delivering and cost goals.Ensure capable production processes and equipment with respect to KPIs.Promote implementation of quality standards and processes.Ensure successful implementation of corrective actions derived from audits.Ensure definition and implementation of the entire human resource planning of internal and external employee capacity and qualification for the plant and definition of work. Qualifications Degree qualified or equivalent qualifications.Proven experience in a Senior Management position.Demonstrable experience in developing strategic business plans.A background in manufacturing related technologies.Experience of Production, Logistics, Quality and Supply Chain management an advantage.Thorough knowledge of market changes and challenges that influence the company.Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance.Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices.Excellent people and management skills.Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Able to excel in high pressure situations.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
