OBJECTIVE: Closely monitoring the company's financial health by maintaining, managing, and analyzing financial statements, payroll, budgets, and tax compliance issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Accounting tasks: organize and maintain all company's financial records.Budgetary tasks: create and manage company budgets including documenting all spending and ensuring operational tasks stay within budget and are aligned with the company's revenue goals.
Contribute to implementing a solid budget culture in the company.Auditing tasks: coordinate auditing activities and ensure all documentation is accurately represented for auditing on due time.Compliance regulations: oversee and manage the regulatory reporting, including tax preparation and compliance.Analysis tasks: compile and prepare external and internal financial reports and statements for the company.
Develop, track and assess business and financial performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field.5 years of experience in Audit, Accountancy, and Controlling.OTHER SKILLS:
Deep knowledge of accounting principles.Exceptional organization and attention to detail with the highest confidentiality.Analytical skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking.Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to independently prioritize work, and appropriate attention to detail.Motivation for working in an international technological environment of an SME with a strong growth.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.Ability to work with accounting software would be a plus.BENEFITS OF BEING PART OF SENSOFAR:
