Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Your main interfaces will be the GSV Country Manager, their team, and others within the Merchant Services (MS) supply chain organisation.Sales & demand forecast:Managing the supply/demand for HW & HW services activities on behalf of the GSV Country Manager ensuring all customer requirements are met at lead time.Coordinating the forecasting activity for the GSV Country Manager.Managing the inventory levels for the region balancing Supply/Demand with financial targets.Being the interface with the wider MS supply chain team to ensure clarity and understanding of what can be delivered to our customers.Working with MS Supply teams inputs to communicate and share Weekly build plan/priorities with the Sales team.Compiling a sales forecast and building a supply plan to be shared with the Worldline MS supply chain team.Managing customer escalations (non-served or non-forecasted demands) while keeping the MS supply and sales team fully appraised of developments.Producing Weekly/Monthly KPI reports.Leading and organising weekly meetings with the Country Manager to align on revenue plans with risks and opportunities presented.Interface with other countries HW Sales Demand managers to agree on the correct priorities.Country HW & HW Services portfolio management:HW & accessories product reference management:Managing the catalogue of products available for sale.Ensuring the Salesforce-based catalogue is kept up to date with new products added in a timely manner and obsolete items removed.Coordinate the End of Life process of products.HW services catalogue:Managing what Hardware services proposed can be legitimately and safely proposed to customers in the country.Managing and where necessary the creation of a pricing catalogue for all available services.Being the interface with any third providers whose offerings we resell.Signs of success: Revenue and forecasting accuracy.Financial goals achieved.Stock levels under control and within the parameters set.Satisfied customers.Sales team satisfaction based on the delivery of accurate information provided in a timely manner.Skills / characteristics we can't do without: You have a good understanding of MRP / ERP systems, preferably SAP.You are autonomous.You have a customer-centric approach.You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.You have experience working in an international context at the European level.You have an energetic personality with a positive approach and an eagerness to develop your knowledge and skills.You are a self-starter, result-driven, and take the initiative.You are flexible, able to work in a dynamic and changing environment.You have a strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.You are proactive, have good problem-solving and communication skills.You have the capability to build meaningful and concise reports allowing rational decisions.Skills we'd like: You have experience working in a Manufacturing environment.You have experience in payment.You have contract experience.You are ready to have fun.
