This role will also be responsible for enabling TU to monitor the business results, make improvement decisions, optimize performance, and drive high-quality operations.In this role, you'll play an essential role in our go-to-market transformation journey where you will be able to contribute to meaningful global initiatives within this business line.This is an individual contributor role based at our HQ in Madrid.Main Responsibilities: Provide understanding of market size of key sectors/products (including granular view for priority areas).Facilitate common agreement (framework and definition) among marketing and sales.Share market insights with sales.Collaborate with product teams on analysis and market insights to drive product growth if sales forecasts are not met.Define growth strategy (including markets, channels, and customers).Identify and describe customer needs, patterns, and market dynamics for commercial strategy (e.G., market trends, sales regulations, market sizes) with key input from sales, marketing, and other teams.Interpret market dynamics and disruptions to suggest actions and potential approaches to commercial go-to-market (e.G., market and growth opportunities).Create models and analysis, conduct internal and external research, and synthesize learnings to support recommendations that drive change to the sales model (e.G., channel strategy including 3rd party management) or in support of strategic commercial go-to-market programs and transformation initiatives.Align on customer segmentation criteria with key stakeholders and oversee the customer segmentation taxonomy.Perform segmentation calculations annually (e.G., based on historical sales and potential).Iterate and syndicate with key stakeholders; incorporate feedback and finalize.Create frameworks for product, portfolio, and commercial process taxonomy and orchestrate it across the organization.About Your Profile: Bachelor Degree (STEM/Finance/Economics). MBA is an advantage.A minimum of 4-7 years experience in strategy roles at a top-tier company, strategy consulting.Proficient in English.
