As a Growth Specialist, you will be a part of our Growth team and will be responsible for creating captivating experiences such as guides, tutorials and videos to drive customer engagement - user onboarding, activation, feature adoption and use cases implementation.
You will collaborate closely with other members of the Growth team, Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to identify, test, and scale growth opportunities across customer lifecycle.

What you'll do: Develop and implement growth related in-product initiatives with emphasis on improving and optimizing user activation and retentionCreate engaging short product videos, GIFs, animations, and in-product tutorials that help more users to understand Make's core capabilitiesClosely collaborate with User Research, Design, Growth Marketing, BI Analytics, Product and Engineering teams to achieve our goals with a major impact on improving and optimizing user experienceCreate, execute and validate A/B tests and experimentsBe able to dive into quantitative and qualitative insights about our usersStay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and user needsMonitor and report on business metrics to stakeholdersWhat we are looking for: At least 2 years as a Growth Specialist, eCommerce Specialist, Video Content Specialist, E-learning Content Specialist or similar positionExperience in a SaaS environment is a big plusUnderstanding of SaaS conversion funnel and product-led growth principlesSome experience with A/B testsHands-on experience with product adoption tools (i.e.
Userflow, Candu, Chameleon etc.)
and familiar with video content building tools (i.e.
Veed, Screen studio, Loom, Arcade etc.)
or other design creation tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe etc.
