About the role
We're looking for a Growth Product Manager Associate to help scale our real-time voice-changing solutions. In this role, you will focus on optimizing user acquisition and activation, shortening the time to value, and identifying growth levers that will make a measurable impact.

What you'll do
Optimize the Growth Funnel: Improve acquisition and activation stages to ensure users reach their value moment quickly and effectively.
Identify Growth Levers: Uncover opportunities to drive scalable growth through features, channels, or partnerships.
Experiment & Learn: Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and refine strategies.
Own Metrics: Monitor and improve KPIs such as user acquisition, activation rate, and time to value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product design, and engineering teams to align acquisition and activation goals.
Creative Problem-Solving: Combine data-driven insights with innovative ideas to reduce friction and improve user journeys.
Platform Expansion: Tailor strategies for desktop, mobile, and console platforms to broaden Voicemod's reach.
Feature Development: Support the creation of features that simplify onboarding and enhance activation success.
What you'll need
Proficiency in English, B2+/C1: Strong communication skills to collaborate across distributed teams.
1-3 years of experience in growth, product management, or related roles: Ideally in tech, SaaS, gaming, or digital entertainment.
Project Coordination Skills: Ability to manage tasks across marketing, product, and engineering teams effectively.
Data-Driven Mindset: Familiarity with growth metrics (e.g., acquisition, activation, and time to value) and analytics tools like SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
Experimentation Experience: Understanding of A/B testing and hypothesis-driven development.
Collaborative & User-Focused: Passion for understanding user needs and delivering impactful solutions.
Creative Thinking: Ability to come up with innovative solutions to drive activation and reduce friction.
Interest in Gaming or Audio Products: Familiarity with gaming, streaming, or audio ecosystems is a plus.

Hiring process
Our interview process takes place on Google Meet and tends to consist of the following stages:
TA Team - Validate details, experience and tell you more about Voicemod (45min).
Hiring Manager - Give you a job overview and go deeper on your professional experience (60min).
Technical Assessment - A challenge to go deeper on your technical skills and a follow up interview (up to 120 min).
Final Interview - Last conversation focused on soft skills and ways of working (60min).
