We are part of EXOGROUP, a set of companies made up of +200 talents and offering a wide range of services within the digital business landscape with headquarters in Barcelona and offices in Dublin, Porto, Valencia, Tarragona, and Buenos Aires.As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:Conceiving growth marketing strategies in coordination with the paid marketing specialists, designers, and content team.Developing, implementing, and managing organic digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and key conversions.Optimizing marketing funnels for each product, understanding users' needs and identifying friction points.Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various organic channels, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.Funnel implementation and optimization: from the early stages of awareness to the final key conversions.Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.Develop email marketing strategies and campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance tracking, to engage with users and increase conversion.Collaborate with product teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates to improve product experience.Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators.Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to improve acquisition efforts.Help in producing engaging content for email sequences, blog posts, and landing pages.Create and optimize landing pages to improve user engagement and conversion rates.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.4+ years of experience in developing and implementing high-performance digital marketing and growth strategies from its conceptualization.Proven experience implementing content marketing strategies.Strong understanding of SEO and email marketing.Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.Proven experience in growing social media communities is a strong plus.Proven experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.Experience with tagging and experimentation tools is a plus.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Fluent in English and Spanish.What you'll find working at Adnovation:We offer the opportunity for permanent training, personal development, ambitious career growth, and a competitive salary!
