- **Strategic Planning**: You develop and implement a web strategy aligned with company goals, and continuously innovate and test to improve our web performance, as well as pipeline generation.
- ** User Experience (UX): Y**ou ensure a seamless and engaging user experience, by conducting user research and testing for data-driven decisions. While doing so, you collaborate on wireframes, prototypes, and content with brand and content teams.
- ** Web Development and Agency Management**: You oversee the agency's roadmap, development, maintenance, and optimization of the website and tech stack. Furthermore, you manage the agency relationship, deliverables and quality assurance. You ideate, implement and test new features and functions, and integrate the website seamlessly with business systems and data analytical tools, owning the tracking tech stack. You're responsible for implementing best practices for page speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, compliance and security, and develop and implement scalable ABX solutions to deliver personalized user experiences for key ICPs, segments and accounts.
- ** Demand Generation and Conversion Rate Optimization: Y**ou develop and optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion journeys. To get better insights, you conduct A/B testing and use analytics to improve the demo request yield. You implement strategies to retain visitors and enhance engagement, and develop programmatic solutions to deliver tailored content to improve user engagement and reduce demand generation friction.
- ** Brand Design and Messaging**: You ensure the website reflects the company's brand and value proposition consistently, while communicating trust, authority, and clarity; especially in B2B contexts.
- You are responsible for Web Analytics and Reporting.
- You will own Budget and Resource Management.
- **? What you'll need**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Head of Web or Senior Web Manager in a fast-growing B2B company, preferably in the SaaS sector.
- Demonstrated success in boosting website traffic, user engagement and retention, and conversion rates.
- In-depth knowledge of technical and on-page SEO, UX, and web analytics.
- Proficient in A/B testing, user testing, and web optimization tools.
- Excellent project management abilities, capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing development agencies.
- Fluency in English; German and other languages would be an asset.
