YOUR ROLE: We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Spain and be involved in ideating, planning, executing and measuring the success of a variety of digital marketing campaigns targeting our Spanish-speaking markets. The selected candidate will work closely with our marketing, design and development teams to create engaging and high-converting campaigns that align with the company strategy and goals.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze customer data and metrics to gain insights into customer lifecycle and behaviors specific to Spanish-speaking customers with focus on Spain and LATAM;Develop and manage the execution of acquisition, upsell and retention campaigns across various channels;Provide clear, well-written and concise briefs and requirements to team members involved in various marketing campaigns;Continuously test and optimize landing pages, advertising creatives, and campaigns to improve conversion rates;Adapt, reuse and upgrade existing global campaigns to the Spanish-speaking audience and clients;Identify trends and insights to create targeted segmentation and personalization strategies tailored to the needs of our Spanish-speaking audience;Develop compelling offers, promotions, and lifecycle campaigns to attract and retain customers;Identify, develop and maintain meaningful business and affiliate partnerships with local partners;Compile regular reports for stakeholders of all campaigns performance, results and findings.OUR EXPECTATIONS: At least 3 years of experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns or similar projects;Experience and understanding of different digital marketing channels like paid advertising, social media, emails, etc.;Metric-driven mindset with focus on measuring multi-channel performance;Excellent project management, organisational and communication skills;Ability to effectively manage several campaigns with intertwining deadlines;Fluent in Spanish, with ability to craft engaging marketing content;Excellent command of English (both written and spoken);Impeccable attention to detail.WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive salary with an annual achievement bonus;Permanent contract and great working conditions;Additional health insurance;Food vouchers;Access to Gympass platform;Option to attend additional trainings and conferences to upskill your job competencies;Annual Paid Vacation: 23 business (working) days;Happy Fridays with reduced working hours till 3:00 PM.If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, we'd love to hear from you!Please note: only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further steps.#J-18808-Ljbffr
