In 3 years we have: Provided more than 1000 fast charging pointsSecured enough stations to make Electra a market leaderOpened several offices in France and EuropeAssembled a team of over 190 talented people Your Missions: Under the supervision of Claudia, Head of Marketing, the primary objective of the Growth Marketing Manager is to implement growth strategies to increase our user base, boost engagement, and maximize conversion. Your key missions will be: Paid: Develop and implement the overall strategy for paid acquisition of our app. Design, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, ASA, Google Maps, etc.) using an agency. Implement appropriate tracking of dashboards and KPIs while working with the data team and collaborate with our creative studio to quickly iterate on content. Adjust budgets and content with the goal of maximizing conversion and ROI.SEO: Define the SEO strategy to improve our positioning on Google and Google Maps across the three pillars: content, technical, and link building. Coordinate the execution of this strategy by working with our internal resources and/or an agency. Build tracking dashboards and analyze performance.Data and Analysis: Implement necessary tracking tools to monitor the performance of marketing channels (marketing attribution model). Produce reports on campaign performance and acquisition funnels. Manage all data on customer knowledge and segmentation (LTV, etc.). Initially, the scope will cover the French market, with plans to expand to cover our 9 countries eventually. Your profile: 5 years of experience in user acquisition, growth marketing performance. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or training with Wagon, fifty-five. Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, CRO, and SEO. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to quickly adapt strategies based on market trends and analytical insights. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with different teams and stakeholders. Required experience with: SQL, Looker, Adjust, GA4 GTM, Excel, Scrapping.
