Job Description Summary: The Local Growth Director is responsible for the amplification of an accountable Growth practice and discipline in the country.
S/He is responsible for articulating the New Business strategy and executing it.
S/He manages and coordinates prospecting efforts and leads local pitches.
Job Description: Mission & ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development:Build the Local New Business and Growth PlanIdentify and build cross-selling opportunitiesLead the New Business opportunities identification process in collaboration with client teams and value the potential growthEnsure the respect of pitch best practiceDevelop local agency credentialsIdentify new revenue streams and opportunitiesEstablish understanding of commercial potential for all New Business prospects, targets, and growth clientsOversee prospecting efforts and tools & define the Agency's prospecting & marketing strategyFollow up of internal reporting and achievement of set New Business Revenue/Billing targetsManagement of prospecting database & implementation of the prospecting campaignsMeet potential prospects and present Havas capabilities to develop opportunitiesEnsure that a sustainable value proposition is developed for prospecting clientsLocal Pitch Leadership:Lead pitch process at local levelDefine the overall pitch strategy and themePrepare and present RFIs & RFPs (including MSA, remuneration, staffing, organization)Team Management:Manage a team of new business managers and coordinatorsChallenge, develop and empower the teamPrevious Experience & Industry Background15+ years in New Business Development or Client ServicesMedia industry, Advertising, Marketing, and Digital mediaQualifications & LanguagesUniversity Degree in Business or MarketingLanguages: English (Fluent)Soft Skills & CompetenciesBusiness strategyCommunication and presentation skillsCustomer orientedAbility to engage one on one with C-suite level clientsPeople managementAbility to plan, organize and manage resources to complete project goals and objectivesStrong research, analysis, and numerical skillsTechnical SkillsContact management softwareProspecting databases and new business solutions (i.e.
