The Situation Gray Matter is initiating a 5-day growth sprint aimed at scaling a Simple, Lovable, and Complete (SLC) GenAI SaaS product. This intensive session is designed for growth marketers who excel in fast-paced environments, enjoy creative problem-solving, and have a passion for driving user acquisition and market expansion. We're inviting skilled professionals who are keen on applying their expertise to develop and implement effective growth strategies in collaboration with a team of experienced professionals.
The Role Join our intensive 5-day sprint where you will:
Day 1-2
Work with our team to understand the product and target market, developing initial growth hacking strategies and setting up campaigns.
Day 3-4
Monitor and analyze the performance of your strategies, adjusting tactics in real time to maximize growth and reach
Day 5
Evaluate the sprint's results, gathering insights and preparing a roadmap for scaling the product's growth post-sprint.
Qualifications Your toolkit should include:
+5 Years of Experience: Demonstrable experience in growth marketing, showcasing a strong portfolio of growth strategies and results.
Proficiency in Marketing Tools: Solid skills in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush) and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
