Role Overview:We are seeking a Growth Marketer with a focus on monetization to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing monetization processes, developing pricing models, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with other growth team members and the Marketing Data Lead to implement data-driven strategies that maximize customer lifetime value (LTV) and enhance overall revenue performance.
Responsibilities:
Optimize monetization processes by developing pricing models and subscription tiers tailored to market needs and customer behaviors.Drive revenue initiatives that maximize customer LTV, improve conversion rates, and reduce churn.Run experiments to optimize customer segments, pricing elasticity, and upsell opportunities.Utilize growth frameworks like the Hook Model and Jobs-to-be-Done to enhance monetization processes.Focus on key metrics such as Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and subscription renewal rates.Experiment with cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base to increase ARPU.Collaborate with the Marketing Data Lead and other growth team members to leverage data science for advanced revenue optimization tactics.Communicate findings and strategies effectively to stakeholders and align initiatives with overall business goals.
Core Skills:
Deep understanding of pricing models, subscription management, and revenue optimization processes in marketplace environments.Proven track record in driving revenue growth through optimized monetization processes and subscription-based models.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Familiarity with growth frameworks and methodologies, such as the Hook Model and Jobs-to-be-Done.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Reforge Growth course certifications or similar advanced growth training preferred.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Willingness to travel quarterly to the Barcelona office.
