Growth Manager (Region 1)

We're looking for a dynamic Growth Manager for Region 1 who will handle the areas of: Pangasinan, La Union, Benguet, Ifugao, Abra, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, and Kalinga.
Job Description:

Collaborate with other functions to execute the effective go-to-market (GTM) strategy
Liaise with government bodies, transport authorities, route cooperatives and associations to onboard new clusters and routes
Ensure regulatory compliance from pilot stage through full-service launch
Implement of platform on supply, demand side, and throughout the organization
Oversee customer service and implement technology solutions
Implement efficient processes and standards that align with the overall strategy
Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
Manage relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
Broad knowledge of the tech-industry/implementation
Coach and train direct reports

Qualifications:

Individual contributor
Must have at least 3 years experience in on-ground operations, event management, transportation or mobility space; B2B Field Sales experience
Excellent English and Filipino communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to sell technology products or Software as a Service (SaaS)
Tech savy/inclined (with hands-on experience using CRM, Google features)
Able to demonstrate the product.

Technologies/Skills:

Can drive and navigate Iloco Region.
Owns a vehicle

Educational Requirement:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or equivalent courses.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
