One of our dedicated product teams is focused on making the user onboarding process smooth, informative, and engaging. With several successful experiments already in place, we're now looking for a Growth Manager to bring fresh ideas and expertise to take our efforts even further.
Responsibilities Lead growth initiatives in user onboarding: optimize existing resources to enhance user experience and boost subscription conversion rates.
Support and coordinate the Onboarding team.
Keep up with industry trends and competitor strategies to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with the design team, offering valuable feedback to ensure alignment and high-quality results.
Requirements Proven experience in a subscription-based monetization model, particularly in an app generating at least 100k MRR.
Knowledge of user onboarding structures, paid UA, and SMM.
Familiarity with push notification strategies.
Strong understanding of effective communication methods for users in the US and LATAM markets.
English proficiency of at least B2 / Upper-Intermediate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical and project management mindset: proactively review product metrics, identify insights, forecast product changes, and analyze marketing performance.
Bonus Points Based in Barcelona with availability to meet and co-work the team in person once a week.
